Syndrome of problem behavior in adolescence

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of syndrome of risk behaviour in adolescence. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of adolescence, the definition of the concept of risk behavior, and especially on individual areas of risk behavior in adolescence, specifically substance abuse, negative phenomena in the field of psychosocial development and risk behavior in the reproductive area. The bachelor thesis also includes risk and protective factors influencing the emergence of risky behavior and methods of prevention. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on questionnaires, for students from different types of secondary schools focused on the occurrence and form of risky behavior, when a quantitative evaluation is applied. It also includes an analysis of the effectiveness and focus of primary prevention of risky behavior at selected secondary schools.

Substance Misuse among Vulnerable Groups of Young People from Institutional Facilities

Issues regarding addictive substance usage are being intensively discussed these days. Significant changes within growing up periods of every individual make them very vulnerable. In this regard, growing up youth is considered as most threatened group. Jeopardy is even higher in the context of institutional rising. Particularly individuals in institutional care belong to most endangered group, with risk of early age habit-forming substance abuse. This dissertation is focused on addictive substance usage as a part of risk-behaviour syndrome while growing up. The aim is to introduce new findings in the framework of addictive substance usage by adolescents with decreed institutional rising and protection.

The influence of substance use on adolescent socialization - case study Třebíč

The bachelor's thesis "The influence of substance use on adolescent socialization - case study Třebíč" deals with under age smoking and alcohol consumption. It looks at the issue through the theoretical concept of socialization. The main emphasis is placed on factors of secondary socialization and therefore the aim of the research project is to focus on peer groups involving the interaction with their parents. The project conclusion is supposed to specify the most important factors influencing the adolescent's approach to the selective addictive substances. The theoretical framework of work is based on characteristics of the socialization process, its division and terminology with the characteristics of the period of adolescence as an important development period, which puts a specific emphasis on social interactions and the creation of social ties. The methodological background of the work consists of researches on this topic which have already been carried out. The work is structured as a case study and through the questionnaire survey (SAQ) on a sample of students from a grammar school, secondary technical school and secondary vocational school in Třebíč. The risky behavior of adolescent development and the possibility of secondary prevention in Klatovském region

Bachelor´s work deals with the risk behaviour of adolescent development taking into account the possibility of secondary prevention of this behavior on Klatovy region. In the theoretical part of the works is first described the whole period of adolescence. Following the developmental characteristics of adolescence with additional chapters deal with risk behaviour and its prevention, in particular the prevention of secondary. Part of the Bachelor´s work is a research probe, whose main objective is to map the institutions and experts, national and non-State in Klatovy region, on which the school may contact or refer their students and their legal counsel for assistance i addressing risk behavior. Research the probe is implemented in the form of a written inquiry at the secondary schools in the Klatovy region. Presentation of the results of the subsequent discussion are listed in the practical part of work.
